Your Fabric or Ours
Not only can you provide your own fabric; Kellex also offers a large selection of commercial-grade fabrics to meet any budget. Or, select a fabric from an outside source and Kellex will handle the acquisition.

Hardwood Frame Construction
Over 90% of our furniture frames are manufactured on-site in the U.S. Consisting of 4/4 kiln-dried hardwood and laminate with reinforced stress-points, our frames ensure strength and durability.

Durable Seat Support
Constructed of 8-gauge steel sinuous springs and stabilizer wire connectors, our furniture is built to withstand heavy use while creating comfort and support

Commercial-Grade Foam
Our standard cushions utilize high density 1.8 lb. HR Endurofoam that meet CAL 117 standards. All cushions are wrapped in a synthetic material to enable fabric movement. Cushion upgrades are also available, from CMHR foam to down-wrapped with coil inserts.

High-quality Mechanisms & Mattresses
Our sleeper sofas are built with the Leggitt & Platt "Classic Square" mechanisms, which have a one-piece seat tube construction and locking headrest. This mechanism contains eight tubular cross members, a type of construction that is top in the industry. Mattresses are quilted innerspring with 13.5 gauge carbon steel coils. Upgrades are also available.
